Radio can be heard by the passenger in car

My suggestion is that the passenger sitting in the car should be able to hear the radio station (url.pls) tuned by the driver, just like when we enter someone's house, we are able to hear the radio of his house, so we should hear of the car as well.

This way its realistic and better, instead of 2 players having 2 different radio stations tuned while sitting in the same car.
