my suggest is Tax System!
Like:Every day in Game we payed a amount....for tax..... idk how much need to pay it will be depen on players house and cars  8) [div style=""]Thank You![/div]

Besides tolls, the server consists of insurance system for all vehicles, and most of the players have auto-insurance enabled.
