handling mods do they carry over to sever..

iv made some handling edits aka turn mass, engine acceleration,steering lock and so no.... to some of the cars in gta i don't wanna join the sever yet because im not sure if the sever carry's them over and i dont want smoky the bear biting my head off.. do they carry over thats all
