You need to apply for mapper for that and then you can submit this map only if you got accepted as a server mapper. So first you need to become a server mapper.

you need to have a decent portfolio with your maps.
Just 1 map doesnt represent your skills enough:)


I like your map, but i would pay some more attention to the houses, now the grass from some houses is cut away and you see a black shadow or sth. Also at some places the grass is not equally to other spots at the same house boundaries, its under the road. rotating or lifting your houses up would do the trick:)


Also some little advice from me, develop a certain mapping style that represents your work, i for one like to use suprising object, but still neat, and i like to make my maps highly detailed.
