Fake and ban or fun and laugh?

I would like to know if players are saying another player are admin or moderator and the player is playing with them, its it not faking then? And if it is, should they not get punished?

you can always check /admins in-game to see if they are mod/admin and if doesnt say anything then they could possibly be off-duty and you can check http://convoytrucking.net/index.php?show=info and it tells you mods and admins the server has

It is kind of against the rules because in a way it is impersonation. That is why I muted people after they continued when I told them to stop. If I see more of it, I'll punish further. Just a piece of advice: if it is 'questionable' behavior, don't do it.
