Why do you need to look the door? If you own the car it's already locked.
Locking server vehicles could get abused.

I don't see how locking server vehicle's doors while you are driving them could be abused. This would be useful, since many new players are rather going to spend their time trying to take your vehicle than finding one for themselves.

If /lock kept the vehicle locked after exiting, it could be abused.
If someone carjacks you it's usually your fault. Why would you stop and let them continually try to jack you?
