y i cant log into the server???it keeps coming out "server not responding"

You haven't been online for 172 days so you may have forgotten that if the server is at 96/100 only VIP's, admins, and moderators can enter the server. This may have been the problem. Can you also show us a picture or video of you trying to enter the server if this problem persists?

sounds like the new SAMP thing, that if a server rejects you on connect (ie a kick), it retrys a join. IMO, a good thing for CVT, as it allows people to join while it is 96/100 and the SAMP client just persists trying to join, so you dont have to close SAMP every time.

make sure also, you have the current version of the client, and the servers IP is correct

i encountered this problem a while ago, either quit and try again, or just let it keep trying to connect. It worked for me
