Offline for more than a month

Hi, soon, in about a month or so I can't go online for maybe longer than a month because of moving.

So is there no way to keep your house, and should I just sell it and sell all my cars?

If you don't want to lose your account, but cannot play, you need to at least log in to the server (in-game) once every 180 days. There are no exceptions!
A script will delete accounts and refund vehicles/houses automatically after inactivity, so do not ask admins to evict inactive players from houses.
