Nope, open the download link. It has 3 white boxes for pictures open one, and see the difference.
The wheels are now circular, not looking like it has 10 sides.

It's higher detail but he hasn't made them round in any way, it's still the same technique Rockstar used, you can see there are multiple "corners" in his ones, way more corners.

Useless waste of time imo. Just use the time to make new ones that look good and are that round.
