I'm looking for low-poly, light mods which don't cause lags while playing multiplayer. I'm looking for cars/trucks/trailers/textures (roads, grass, trees, water color), etc.

That is, but all my gta videos are recorded at half quality (I have it set up that way to upload proof of hackers faster.) Soo therefor the quality, is shit.
