Staff have disliked how people perceive Warns for quite a while.

I won't mention other staff (who mentioned it way before i did) but i recently posted a topic explaining that i felt warnings weren't working.

People weren't obviously being vigilant to avoid them and sort of see them as "trophies" (another admins words not mine , and very smartly said) I am happy to say that mick read our feedback and clearly agreed.

Maybe he planned this months ago and only just managed to find time to sort it out.

but either way, We staff are happy that this has happened. We are hoping people will realise that warnings aren't a joking tool and it's not fun to get them.

The less people breaking rules the better, so if it takes less warns to get banned, less people should break rules Except the usual wannabes that don't know the rules.

But not ALL wannabes and rookies are rule breakers...so be nice to them...i've met loads of nice rookies especially in the last 2 days, doing convoys.
