I could prolly do that with the roadrain. I would use first person if it had where you could view the hood like in gta 4. Most mods that changes your view so you can see the hood are mostly a fail. I've tried one before, it was a cleo mod. I belive i still have it but disabled it cause ever time i would push a cetrian key while typing it would enable or disable it, got to be kind of a pain
