Today I bought a Savanna and a very special one, 4x4!! 
And look how epic:

Actually, this is almost bug related on SA:MP. The only way to turn your Savanna in circle, like in the vidoe, is if you recieve extremly high FPS on SA:MP. The higher FPS you have the faster the Savanna will move. Its the same thing when you are swimming in water; Players with extremly high FPS(50+) swim really slow in the water when its the opposite for players with low FPS(Around 20-30).

You can swim faster in water too like those with low FPS.
