Bonus with Elegant

Since Mick added the ability to do limo missions in an Elegant, I went down to LS and bought me one. I love it, but there is one thing I don't like; You do not get bonus for an owned vehicle. I just wanted to know if this is a mistake, or if its suppose to be like that.
