I noticed that you cant use numbers in your custom rank. Is it possible to enable it?

No. Rank is supposed to be textual, like "Best driver", etc. Numbers are not needed.

sure, now u cant type /setcustomrank quit ct and come to tm coz its better

If someone do 1000 truck missions on CVT just to do /setcustomrank and advertice other server, im sorry but hes just a noob

and why they cant like it? Its just a number, like 30, 33, 50, 100...
i dont see anything wrong with that number

69 is a number, or an integer if you want to call it that. Get over it, it's only related to the sexual position '69' when your brain links it to that. Heck if it was such a problem, why can I type "I like sixty nine" right now then?

Personally I want the ability to put in my rank "19 fuel missions left". Some people want to show others how far away they are from achieving something, that's their rank in that certain mission type.
