94% - 17/18 correct!

The other options were 'any police vehicle' or 'police bike or car', the latter would be appropriate back before the update but now it isn't.

I'll update the police rules thread while I'm on here too.

IMO its better this way. You only get half the fines so only a noob would do it. Or get someone who has 30k fines doing laps on the lv freeway in a hotring. Or infernus..
