Umm mick what about the players who already has the achievements? Will they be able to get the vehicles?

Yes, but you have to buy them anyway.

When you get the achievement, you unlock the ability to buy them vehicles, you can choose to or not.

People who have the achievements, can choose wether or not to buy them again.

3 January 2012 2.4 RC 15Changed achievement vehicles for professional trucker (Duneride), Cement (Dozer).

   
• Unlocking achievement will unlock ability to buy special vehicle for $500k but will not give it for free (Duneride, Dumper, Dozer). These vehicle can be bought in Special Vehicles in Blueberry.

you get to buy Dune for professional trucker achievement and dozer for cement truck achievement, you can now buy those for 500k each in special vehicles delaer if you have them
