Samp directory >> Uninstall SAMP.
Reinstall 0.3d

alright i did all of what you guys said, and now my samp is o.3d on the top

but its till 0 slots for every server ect, with 9999 ping

open your client and click tools>settings. click the folder and then navigate it to you SAMP directory where the 0.3d client is installed

that should tell the client to run 3d rather than any other client you may have.. it should help at least

u reinstalled samp lots of times while u easely coule reinstall gta + download new samp and voila it would work

Yeah its a ping block. They are horrible. My school has em too. I think they block ports as well
