Thats where it wants to go, even if I install to the desktop it wants to put stuff there. If there is another mod installer that works & is easy to use I'm all eyes.

meh would prefer something like SAMI, where I give it a folder & it does it for me. Have mods that edit wings & bumpers, & they take for ever to install when I replace my gta3 when my gta starts to go south.

NEVER install anything or let any program access the C:\Windows seriusly sami is fucking 8 year old assface product that couldnt use img tool. It just fucks up your whole operating system. Also i prefer to not install anything on C:

just what DR_Evil said, never install programs on your C drive, only install Windows and some of the programs, like browsers etc.


But all games and etc install that on the D (or what you got).

For example my C drive is currently only 25 GB my fucking bad windows fits there. My ubuntu boots off from 5GB partition easily. rest is for storage and games. Basically i would say format your hard drives like Windows, stick that to a 20-30GB partition. Rest goes for 1 or 2 partitions in half.
