Okay im having issuses with my Harddrive

I installed this game (Dc Universe) It sucked. So i had to uninstall it.
The thing is...
Before i installed the game i had 409 Gb's of memory left in my Harddrive, i have 465 total, if that means anything.
Anyways after I uninstalled the game (I did not install anything BUT the game).
After it was all said and done, i have 389 Gb's Of memory in my harddrive left.
Im wonderning, why do i not have my 409 Gb's of Ram back?

I did a melware scan, found 27 infected objects, removed them and it did nothing.
Any body got a clue to fix/solve this?

Hmmm. When you uninstalled it. It might have sbeakily installed something else without you noticing. Other than that idk.

+1, use ccleaner or AVG PC Tuneup 2011 to clean ur pc, use antivirus either..
btw.. im playing DC Universe Online @ PS3 10th LVL idk only one thingy: where is fucking GOTHAM ?

ram is alot faster memory which is used to store all temporal data like running games it loads to RAM and then you play.
its called Hard drive space.
As you said you downloaded itfrom steam. Make sure you really removed it because i had long time ago game from steam, I uninstalled it was still there. Try defraging your hard drive(s)

Thank you for clearing that up. I hate when people call hard drive space "memory." Just like when they confuse -bit with -byte, and their abbreviations, as in  "gigabit vs gigabyte (Gb vs GB)."

Yeah, check the C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common folder and make sure it actually deleted. Also empty your recycle bin.

Was at 391, did what you told me to do, ended up with 393, closer to 409, I'm getting there   (^_^)
