Parking at the top of Missionary Hill

since there is a parking lot up at the top of Missionary Hill, SF, i was wondering if that could be a public parking.

Well for me it can be +1, but why there? There are no close spawn points, long way to go there... its a bit useless.

not every place has to be officail parking with parking script.. go up there and park your car.. it will eventually be respawned but you get the satisfaction of it being parked there....

You can park cars at the bottom of the hill next to those round buildings and next to that base. Thats where my Burrito is parked.
