He want scam someone, and later say he dont get money because he use 20h evry day AFK in server.

Sorry, maybe you didn't understand me.
I reported him for a joke that can happen if someone actually sends him money from new players, and he doesn't return the money.
it's not a normal joke, but a harmful joke for those who don't understand it.

The command it self is self explanatory "Give Money" anyone failing to understand is like they were asked to transfer money and after doing they claim they dont wanted to do it, Not a thing to be reported.
