What actually was happening:
I was in a Convoy with two of other guys. and because of my high ping the new road outside the map was not showing in my screen so i sat in my friends vehicle and started going with him. and i was floating i air because in my screen there were no roads and suddenly i felt in the water and that's when i got banned for the admin
