Samp crashing after an hour

So, thought I'd finally try to sort this issue out.

Normally I can only play for a rough hour before the game crashes and at times, can't even think about entering SF after 30 minutes of play. I have San Andreas downloaded through steam as I have lost the one I used to play on, on my old PC (used to spend countless hours on some RP servers and never had issues), that was a not so legit copy.

I've tried some quick google fixes to avail and was just wondering if anyone else had the same issues or knew of a fix?
