Converting this huge unused parking lot to a base

It just got to my mind that this parking lot was unused for like years now. I don't know if its a good idea since I never saw some vehicles parked in here.

Never too late to say i support it...   

In fact i believe the same should happen to the Fern Ridge parking lot despite the gas station (cmon not really needed)

The LS parking spot, I agree with it. Infact, I didn't even know that existed until I read this post.

The Fern Ridge parking spot, I don't agree with it as I used to use it and there are some people still using it.

I agree it would be a better base instead of parking lot as there are no houses nearby or any facilities its not used by anyone. It need some work by the mappers adding garages, hangers, section for small vehicles etc. Well if the map somehow is build and added in the server then it might become a base soon.
