BIG buplic jails with cops

This is my idea about:


Let's make big jails for example where is all prisioners together.



Also, let's make available for cops can just go there using command /gojail /outjail

Just for more additional fun for BOTH.

For cops and for robbers.

I don't really think its needed. Cops would just fine/arrest players instead of going jail and watching them. Not really needed.
