Buying house of inactive player

I was hoping to buy the house 270 Mulholland, Redcounty. It is currently owned by Alex[Brothers] who was last in game 874 days ago, which is just over two years and his account is also disabled from being AFK for so long.

I was wondering if it's possible to have the house cleared to buy as general rule 13 says,
13) Your vehicles and houses will be removed after 60 days of inactivity. Your account will be deleted after 180 days from last log-in.

Actually its not bought by "Alex_[TheBrothers]" its bought by "Alex[TheBrothers]" the _ is not available in name, and he logged 4 days ago.

If it was bought by the other person who didnt logged for 874 days, his/her house would have already been sold.
