Increase Dumper pay

Dumper seems to get substantially less for fairly the same amount of distance traveled with artic. For example, Narwick-Wet County missions with Artic can net you about 38k while dumper missions to the same area will net you about 28k. And I'm pretty sure that's with overload for dumper. How about a 20/30% pay increase?

For measurement, a typical LV-LS/SF mission will give you about 6/8k without overload. Adding 30% to that mission will add an extra 1,800/2,400 to your mission. So with the 30% pay increase, you would get $7,800 or $10,400. Doesn't seem too large a bump does it?

I am in favor. Practically no one is doing a dumper after completing 500 missions. Sometimes, some people make a dumper convoy using a dumper truck (big vehicle) for fun.
