What actually was happening:
I play 180days ago my ban need to be remove because is not 180days is more than 200 days I try login in on web site there for my acc write is locked try login in with new acc and I m banned again for bane wading more 15 days pls unban me I can't play....

accounts will not be automatically deleted after 180, but will be locked, and players who return after such long period can request that their account be unlocked as long as their absence was not caused by a ban.

After 15 days you should start over.
