this time Ill make the suggestion following this as mick said here

Replies to suggestions must be relevant to the suggestion. Replies with just "+1" or "-1" will be removed, you must explain why you like/dislike the suggestion, otherwise use topic's poll if available. Irrelevant replies will be removed too, so stay on-topic.

Scripters may reply to your suggestion telling you if the suggestion has been rejected, is awaiting approval from Mick (large suggestions need to be approved), or suggestion will be available in next update. Scripters should refer to suggestion topic in pull request for easier overview when approving. Rejections should be accompanied with an explanation. Do not lock suggestion topic until approved / merged.

1st Suggestion is:   /interest will show how much we will get interest
        Dont tell me you can calculate it and you will know.
             Cuz adding something easy will not be a problem and it will be helpful for us
        Dont say you like money thats why its helpful..
             No, its not about money but about curiosity...


2nd and the important suggestion.

Bank Loaning..

Do a loaning system
Advantages:
  1- Will stop people from begging others for money
  2- Will stop scamming and admins stop looking for scamming reports
  3- Players will be more happy
  4- No hate any more..
  5- People will be more responsible, because they will now that not paying loan will make them in debt..



Disadvantages:
  1- People scamming this and asking for millions on 50 truck loads..   (This can be made as a nice system, that will stop it)
  2- People make new account.. get loan and transfer to their account..   (This will result into ban 180 days)
  3- People getting banned if they was inactive for something important in life   (They will not get banned but in debit..



How it works:
It can be more then one way, but here is a way..

First we will get three values, and lets call them (X    Y    Z)

X (limited amount he can take)
Calculated on this way:

How many hours playing last 7 days (So this 0-10 10-25, ect is amount of hours per week)..

If player's score is 10-150:
    If 0-10  >> he gets nothing
     10-25  >>  He get limit of 150,000$
     25-50  >>                        500,000$
   75-100  >>                       1,000,000$


   

If player's score is 150 - 300:
    If 0-10  >>  He gets limit of 100,000$
     10-25  >>                          350,000$
     25-50  >>                          650,000$
   75-100  >>                       1,500,000$


If player's score is 300 - 750:
    If 0-10  >>  He gets limit of 300,000$
     10-25  >>                          650,000$
     25-50  >>                          950,000$
   75-100  >>                       2,500,000$


If player's score is > 750:
    If 0-10  >>  He gets limit of 500,000$
     10-25  >>                          1,000,000$
     25-50  >>                          3,000,000$
   75-100  >>                          5,000,000$

Exception:
His score is > 1500
     >100  >>                          80,000,000$
   
Y is number of days

(Amount of money he is going to get from bank / ((Amount of money he made in the last 7 days) / (7 days)))
The number you get up we add a week into it..
For example if the answer is 7 (he have up to 14 days to return)

Z is interest percentage
Here its the player choice,
  - if he chose 7 days he will get less interest only 5 percent
  - if he chose 14 days he will get high interest 25 percent
 
  - if less then seven days 0 interests..




Okay now its time to show the 2 examples (Player a(50 score)   and b(2000 score)) how to work with these values..

- Player A entered command "/loanlimit"
- System message "You get a limit up to 500,000$..   Please type the amount of money you want to take as loan"
- Player A entered in a textbox.. 300,000$
- System will calculate number of days with Y formula shown up^^^  and send message "Choose how many days you want to return these money up to 8.5 = 9 days.. Please type how many days you want this money"
    ^^^8.5 aprox 9 is calculated if he make 300,000 / (1,400,000/7 days in a week)     +    7 extra days...

- Player A entered 3 days.
- System will calculate the interest with Z formula shown up^^^^ and send message
"Your interest is 7 percent.. So 300,000 * 0.07 = 21,000$ Do you accept to pay this interest after 3 days? If yes type accept"
- Player A typed accept
- System shows some terms and conditions to make sure Player will not scam and to have prove if he scammed
- Player A typed accept the terms and condtitons and he take 300,000$





- Player B entered command "/loanlimit"
- System message "You get a limit up to 80,000,000$..   Please type the amount of money you want to take as loan"
- Player B entered in a textbox.. 32,000,000$
- System will calculate number of days with Y formula shown up^^^  and send message "Choose how many days you want to return these money up to 167 days.. Please type how many days you want this money"
    ^^^167 is calculated if he make 1400k in a week 32,000,000 / (1,400,000/7 days in a week)     +    7 extra days...

- Player B entered 163 days.
- System will calculate the interest with Z formula shown up^^^^ and send message
"Your interest is 15 percent.. So 32,000,000 * 0.15 = 4,800,000$ Do you accept to pay this interest after 163 days? If yes type accept"
- Player B typed accept
- System shows some terms and conditions to make sure Player will not scam and to have prove if he scammed
- Player B typed accept the terms and condtitons and he take 32,000,000$




After time of payment...

If he is active..
He will get a warn message "Do you want more days and with extra charge or ready to be in debit??"

If he is not active..
He will be in debit without asking

Pretty much what Carl said. It can be abuse, A LOT, and just to ask, how would that make players happier? Getting a big loan for some amount of time, and you have to pay back more (as it is in real life). I think newcomers will struggle quite a lot with that. Also, people that beg for money, you can most likely ignore.

Nah, if too mpeople abuse abuse, ct will become a bad server (for me only because the admins arent admins online always and the reports will be inreased ) ..Dont like this

Okay so your reason is "when they won't be able to pay back they will just complain more"..

Well complaining about this is punishable like "asking admins to look for their ban appeals"

He will be in debit and he can sell his house if he can or start new account..
They will be responsible for their actions.. and as u read not any one can take any loan...

The suggestion made is very complicated, and 80 million loan , seriously?, why would you do missions when you can get huge money from loan, it will ruin the server and fun. 80 million is a lot! And it can be abused a lot.


So here are my suggestions for improvisation:

-> Loan Money and CVT money should not be mixed into one, they should be stored separately.

-> Loan should be allowed to players with above 1000 score only.

-> Loan money should be stored separately and should be used only on cars or houses strictly (no transfer to other players or anything else, loan money is actually just database variable, not GTA cash, it won't behave like money) and there should be a limit of loan which depends on the player's score, 1000 score for $1Mill loan.
For example: player got 5000 score, then he can take $5million loan at max.

-> Loan can be taken while buying a car or house only, there an extra option will come:
-Buy this car
-Rent this car
-Loan this car
And in houses:
-Buy this house
-Loan this house
So these are the only two ways in which loan can be taken.

-> If house is worth 20 million dollars and player's score is 7000, then when he chose to buy from loan for the house, he should have 13 million dollars as real CVT money and rest 7 million will come from loan.

-> This loan money will be stored separately, this will not be GTA Cash. Loan money can be checked from /bank where loan money will come separately.. You will never get loan money in your bank account or cash, it will be always separate, so you can never use it.

-> The EMI for the loan will be deducted automatically from the REAL Gta money or the real CVT money which can be used on anything.

-> loan can be checked by typing /bank, it will show how much loan is remaining, that means total amount after interest. Interest would be fixed, it doesn't matter whether you pay your loan early or later.

-> The loan money should be returned back within (hundredth thousand digit place of loan) months. This means if player takes a loan of $0.7million, which is 700,000 dollars, he has 7 months to return the loan back.

-> Interest would be $10000 for every month. So if player takes loan of $700K then he has to return $770K dollars in 7 months.

-> EMI calculation = Amount to be returned / Time
there fore if $770K dollars need to be returned in 7 months, then it means, EMI would be as follows:
(LoanTaken+($10k*number_of_months_to_return)/number_of_months_to_return)
= Amount/Time
=110,000
which is 110K per month.
1 ingame month is roughly 12 hours IRL, if you would play cvt for 12hours IRL, you would earn millions...

-> Minimum loan amount is $100K, for cars cheaper than that, no loan can be taken

-> Loan calculation time will be based on online time/timeplayed, like the current CVT bank system.

-> If the player doesn't have sufficient amount of balance as real CVT money, all his house and cars will be sold to bank for free and his loan will then expire.

-> If player is inactive for 180 days and his houses and cars are sold , then he will get the same refund which everyone normally gets (which is 50% i think), but his loan will still stay as it is.

-> There is no need of any new commands for making such a system.


Thats it, its a lot to script, the idea of loan is itself complicated, however, thats the simplest it can get, and it can't be abused nor it would ruin the fun of earning money.

I can already tell you how this will work. Rookie comes on and takes out a big loan. Gets a bunch of speeding tickets. Can't pay back loan. Goes in debit. Leaves server.
