Spiritual island is just housing, never was going to be missions there (as far as I knew) and Alcatraz was supposed to have missions but only few so far..

It's a little bug, the island got removed but the zone is still there.

why was the spiritual island house removed? Couldn't find it in the house list.

1. because it was for sale and noone had bought it for awhile.
2. it was taking up a 'solid' map spot we can use for something else, elsewhere..
