What actually was happening:
 I did'nt farm with him for how far I know, but it looks like he thinks I did.
I just opened the toll for him just to give him a fair chance to escape.
I tried to ram him a lot of time, but my ping was as I said in ban appeal about 800.
He thinks I farmed with him & I got banned because of that, I suggest ban him too.
and to watch my ban-appeal since I eally did'nt farm that arrest..

Why unban: I was not farming any arrest, I had like 800 ping & was almost decyned.
So I just followed the suspect to unload to be sure that I should'nt lose him.
Because of my high ping the suspect was lagging to much to know where he drive.
I really did'nt farm my arrest, also my brother has a loan from 270k to be paid back soon, please don't let me stay banned. - I really did'nt farm this.

You never tried to arrest him even when you had normal ping. Can you please tell me where in the police topic it's written you have to open toll for theives ? (topic: http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php?topic=30417.0)
Also it's written there:

RED - Wanted suspects, stop them with any means neccessary and arrest.

You didn't even try to arrest him once in "your" whole chase.

You've been repeatedly reminded do your cop duties instead of just crusing around and not to stay idle as cop, which you've decided to ignore. You're never doing your cop duties (which is to fine people), only time when you are active is when someone is wanted or if someone happens to pass by where you're killing your time.
