My Suggestion:its possible to kill with spray paint which is not allowed. so i think of a good idea like removing the spray paint and changing it to a code like /spraycar (1st color id) (2nd color id) and players can chose a color here https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Vehicle_Color_IDs. i suggest this coz some player are trying to kill one another with spray paint.

Players aren't allowed to kill each other with spray can, if they do it's counted in DeathMatching. You should take proof and report the players doing this.
