admin it was some weird glitch on interstate when i go with CC it make me fly then suddenly stop so i scared close game to dont have banned but later banned anyway i dont have speedhack bro =)

last year i banned myself on purpose cuz i didnt feel like playing and i didnt complain about that ban, did i?

You travelled from CONVOYTRUCKING MATES base (bottom marker) and got detected at the second two markers by smokey 26 seconds after leaving the base. There is no terrain that will give you that much of a boost in such a short time at the shown location.

Cruise control maintains the speed once a second, speeding up from 125kph to 250kph in a matter of seconds is clearly cheats.
