Fines collected

Recently I wondered about this, it would be nice to see how much fines you collected in total as cop. It could be seen in /stats. What do you think?

Just so you guys know, it won't be able to trace the amount of fines you took before it was implemented. It'll only calculate fines you've collected after it's implemented.
