I believe he ment that plasters don't work on construction sites which is what they do.

Starts off as foundation laid by the brickies. Then once thats done, plumbers go in and add plumbing. Then brickies add the walls, then sparkies go in. Then comes what Viper is doing. Quite easy really. Quite a bit of money too if you know what you're doing

Its interesting, but in my country they rarely build with bricks anymore.. Its mostly concrete, which I am currently working with myself.
