Help pls

Hey, my game crashes after a few minutes after joining.It just freez and i have no solution, i have to restart the pc.Help me if you can, idk whats happening, the pc is new, i dont think the mods are the problem.

P.S.: i couldnt use Snow Fx because it crashed before joining game xD

I think the solution of this problem is possible , try with reinstalling the game .
Do you have good pc - ?

i installed the snow fx automatically.It was saying to me to set the resolution 1366x668...etc, i did it and the problem dissapeared. I hope it will not appear anymore.I am so grateful because so many users tried to help me. Thanks!
