What actually was happening:
I had a bit of lag between server, was doing Armored Van mission, and set cruise speed downhill to 182km/h in Securicar as you see in my hud.

Then the speed got stuck and lag increased, passed over Union Latina Base and the vehicle went to the water, not even mission failed appeared after that...just few seconds later lag recovered and mission failed, Smokey catch me for money hack wich is weird.
