What actually was happening:
I´m going from Los Santos to Las Venturas(Landfill) in a RoadTrain. My route was Glen Park Construction to Landfill(LV). I was overweight the truck and the only police in the game in this moment was this person(Gabriel_seba or similar). I see the map and the suspect was in the point 1 in the map. (attached image) and ONE second later i see the map again and he was in the point 2. (Image). I think this person has a hack for teletrasportation and I report him. And 1 minute later the game says I reported.
