Proof:
I sold my Club roadtrain and artic trailer at the club All Load Trucking because i wanted a own roadtrain and trailer..

I did not log in for 2 days and i get a message when i log in: You have been kicked from All Load Trucking... Only because i sold my Club RT and Trailer...

Also i donated them 350k
Total i earned for them 800k+

Not sure if my post means something but that doesn't show to me like scamming, did he asked you for money that he will give back to you in a period of time ? Because donating to a club is what you decide, you are not being forced to do it. So unless he hasn't asked you for the money and promissed you to give them back to you I don't see any scamming in there. If you got any screens of him telling you he will give your money back if you donate on his club or something like that post them too. Sorry if I was wrong.

I skyped sometimes with him, he said i can always ask the money back when i want ( 350k in total ) so i thought i sell my club RT and Trailer to buy own, he even dont lose money, it was my own money i losed...

So far I know CT doesn't own Skype or any other things so they can't take decissions that are being taken over skype. It only has to be an in-game / on-forum chat.
