How to arrest, give pay or stop truckers ?

Hello, I'm new as a cop on ConvoyTrucking server. I complete my police test, buy badge, get a car but i don't know how to be a good cop. In informations is written "Press 2" for arrest/fine/stop player. I don't know how to do this and which button i need to press.

You need to press the sub-mission key which by default is set to the 2 key (above W). Check your controls in-game if you have changed them.
