Got PAYDAY 2 and..

Tbh, my gf bought it for me and she redeemed the gift without saying a word
Next morning I noticed the game and if I click on install then that crap pops up..and ye, she lives in different country atm.

Wanted to contact to Steam Support but what's the point of it?

Most likely. Try to get a refund first. I don't know if it's possible in such cases.

Most likely, it was bought from an external sales website. Like www.g2play.net  or something similair. If it was indeed bought directly off Steam itself, you should contact steam and explain your story, but i doubt that scenario most unlikely unless your gf lives in another continent.
So if the code/ gift came indeed from an external sales site, contact them, explain them your story and see if you can swap it around for other shit.

your gf gave you the game as a gift in her country but you live in a different one, and when you try to install it it gives you the error message or what?.. why not just take your computer to her house where its "legal" or whatever, install it there and then take it back to your house, or is it to far to travel?

To clear this up you are not allowed to share steam accounts it's a breach of rules http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/ and if you wanna share it especially across countries then you will have to work it out yourself cause as soon as you mention the word share or they ask you why  you have been logging in from 2 different countries frequently you will have no chance of getting it fixed.

I actually made a similar story at Steam Support and they gave me a free copy of PAYDAY2
