well i have a shitty pc really shitty and i only have rims mod that is so awesome that doesnt gave me lag well my pc specs are (what said in the paste) Processor M550 Intel Celeron 2.00GHz,  3,00 GB RAM (i guess), it said something 1024 MB Memory 667 MHz DDR2 i dont know what is that shit xD, and Graphics card i guess is Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family if someone knows and i have to run SA in low resolution low detail drawing distance minimun and all that thank you (sorry if info is bad i dont know nothing about pc stuff)

1024MB Memory 667MHz DDR2 = 1GB RAM DDR2 667MHz.

Rock, I used to play SA on a PC with similar specs. Mods do not work well at all, especially with multiplayer. You could try some of these: http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php?topic=48059.0 but with that CPU they may not run well at all.
