What actually was happening:
 A few months ago I used speed hack i post unban appeal but he rejected.
A few days ago i install SAMP and play with my friends convoy
He told me to go back to the old acc
i have 4-5 nicks where i'm banned
I changed my nick to ( BlackOut ) and i come in game My ban is still. I restart my modem and play again with friend with nick ( [AG]DoodGE )
and i'm banned again
please unban me i don't have that hack, just wanted to play with my friends

You know what banned means right? You can't play until it is expired or removed. No exceptions.
