What actually was happening:
I was a cop at the time chasing my mate Korn, (as he had a fine he needed to pay :p )

anyway, we were around the hill of the east beach area where my police car reached top speed which correct me i'm wrong but 190 - 200km?

I for whatever reason had cruise control on as well which i don't know what speed it was set to gave me extra speed, then i got banned by Smokey. In the heat of the moment, i /q'd straight away (which i f'king regret) and the only evidence i can only give is a screenshot of my CLEO folder, which contains no hacks what so ever.

I promise you, i don't hack, infact i barely know how to install mods.

I know that my screenshot isn't reliable, but as i said in the heat on the moment i /q'd you can follow this up but asking my friend Korn who can confirm this story.

If this appeal is denied, i will be quite disappointed and sad.
