What actually was happening:
I was alone I had just loged in and spawned at my house (rockshore east) i was crossing the bridge in front of my house and behind the rockshore east construction site in my securicar when the car started poping up in the air and back down and  moving by itself without me controlling it. couple seconds later i got the ban warning...
