What actually was happening:
I installed a car-mod wich i tought was only a re-skin but it changed the hydraulics settings and i uninstalled gta and now playing on a fresh copy. And yesterday i realized that i was banned (I used a program to change my ip and i was banned on my second ip not my primary.) This program had nothing to do with ban-evading. I tried to talk to a admin online but he extended my ban by 200 days.
