Need help with xenon lights

Im trying to get a xenon lights but every light I install is "glitchy"

It looks a small bug but its kinda annoying while driving, like blue speckle is chasing you
Im trying to find a non-buggy xenon lights for this:

If anyone have a good "lightly" blue headlights, then please share

A lot of headlight mod have that, I got a mod for lights and it has that blue speckle, I got used to it though
