I think this is the correct topic where to ask this.
My question is how you mappers put a road sign and you type on it i mean how it's tiped when you enter MC on a road sign     "Welcome to Milestone County"

If anyone of you can say that to me i'll give him a cookie!

I think that's not actually mapped, the server script does that. (sorry if I'm wrong)

Yes, the script does that.Just use CreateObject or CreateDynamicObject and SetObjectMaterialText or SetDynamicObjectMaterialText

That's script sided, a mapper just places an object and the script has the functions to edit the texture, and write on it.
