Just install the radar in the mod folder (radar1.txd-143)
If you dont know how to:

• Download Alci IMG Editior 1.5
• Open it and click "File" then open and find ur gta3.img (in san andreas/models folder)
• Click "Actions" import (remove is exists) and add all the radar.txd fils
• Now "File" and click Save. Done.

But no idea why the GTA V hud wont work for you, I had the same problem, idk how but I fixed it lol

Yeah I did all those steps and everything, different exe's and stuff, none worked.

After that try rebuild archive, or locate if its right gta3.img (if you have installed more than 1 gta)

That's SA-MP debug, and that's the same thing that happens on all servers I tried.
